Our factory's material storage and management area is a cornerstone of our manufacturing capability, designed to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality production flow. This meticulously organized zone is the central hub from which all our operations draw their essential resources, underpinning our commitment to reliability and excellence.
The area is systematically divided into two primary sections to cater to our diverse manufacturing needs. The first is dedicated to plastic raw materials, which form the basis of our injection molding processes. We stock an extensive inventory of dozens of engineering plastic granules and their specific grades. Our standard portfolio includes widely used materials such as ABS, PP, HDPE, PC, and PET. Crucially, we understand that specialized projects demand unique solutions. Therefore, we are fully equipped to accept and manage custom material orders and specific brand grades, ensuring we can meet the most precise client specifications and technical requirements.
The second key section is reserved for premium mold steels, which are the lifeblood of our tooling workshop. To support the production, maintenance, and repair of high-precision molds, we maintain a robust inventory of essential steel grades. This includes P20, 718, 2738, H13, NAK80, and S136. Each grade is selected for its specific properties, such as durability, polishability, and resistance to heat and wear, guaranteeing that our molds perform consistently under demanding production conditions.
Beyond mere storage, our material area operates under strict management protocols. We enforce rigorous controls for inventory tracking, climate considerations where necessary, and full traceability from receipt to production line. This disciplined approach minimizes waste, prevents errors, and guarantees that the right material is always available at the right time. It is this foundation of a well-managed and comprehensive material supply that empowers us to deliver superior products consistently and efficiently.
